Do you alter your macros on a daily basis, pretty confused?

I just started reading a bit tonight about macros thanks to a friend and I completely confused on how this should be set. I workout almost daily 1 to 1.5 hours a day which consists of bootcamp, (core, cardio and weights), some weight training at home and some cardio like the elliptical and treadmill. My trainer has me on 1500 to 1600 calories a day (some days I am around 1800 to 1900, some days 1500, 1600 etc. Generally in between 1500-1900) and it's working beautifully for me, so I am not interested in eating ALL my exercise calories back. I tried that and gained weight.
Right now, I have carbs set to Net Calories Consumed* / Day 1,500.0 calories/day
Carbs / Day 150 g
Fat / Day 50 g
Protein / Day 113 g
Are these set right? I've read that people change these on a daily basis. that's too much to think about. I just eat healthy and work out to become leaner and stronger. Thanks for any help that you can offer.

When you add exercise calories over your daily calorie intake goal, the site automatically assigns them to the macros in proportionate amounts to your preset percentages. I set my protein to body weight, fats to 0.4 of body weight and the net is carbs.0

Thanks very much. I wish I could change the sugar content. I have one banana and a coffee and I'm over. oh well.0
