Hello,

My name is Mike I am 42 years old, I am 5'10" and weigh 290 lbs. This last week I have started a low-fat diet that the U.S. Navy delivers to their personal. Its view and objective is to eat a well balanced meal, while reducing fat, which has an equal effect in reducing overall calorie consumption, as well as implementing an exercise routing. Anyone interested in it I have included the link below.

I have tried a few diets before, only for a few days before getting fed up with them and binging away. Now that I am 42 I feel that it's now or never and have become quite serious about it. My goal is to lose ten pounds, and when I reach that loose ten more, in hopes of reaching my ultimate goal of 165lbs (as in my insurance weight chart). So, here's to wishing everyone else good luck, as well as myself.
