:explode: I feel like I ate a truck load of food this weekend. Mainly, carbs. I ate a lot of carbs. And salty things. I feel like a balloon. I just weighed myself Friday, and was at 145, and I weighed myself just now and am at 151.... what. the. heck.
I feel HORRIBLE. lol any debloat/detox tips to get my week started right?

The weight is likely water from all the carbs and salt... it will go away shortly when you straighten out the diet.
Just get back on track and you will be fine.0 -

Thank you. I know I didn't eat 6 pounds worth of food this weekend.. haha. It just sucks to see a fluctuating number on the scale like that. I tel myself I am only weighing in once per week but I end up peeking all the time.0 -
And may I also say, congrats on 75 pounds of weight loss! Amazing!!!!!0

If it makes you feel any better I went over my cals by about 600 yesterday - snickers, dairy milk and chocolate cake were involved
Get back on track today - can do something about today can't do anything about yesterday except get back on track!0
