Starting Insanity Soon!

Hey there! I just ordered Insanity today! I am super excited to get started. I am looking for any and all advice for those currently doing the program or have completed it on how to stay accountable and motivated throughout the whole 60 days. I feel like that is where I fall astray most of the time with not getting up and doing it right away or something AND same with the eating. I am really going to stay committed this time. It cost me an arm and a leg to get the program, so I might as well stick with it. Please let me know your results and advice from this program. It would be much appreciated. I should be starting within the next week since I ordered it today. Wish me luck! :drinker: Thanks everyone!

I will also be starting here shortly. Of course that means that I don't have any advice to offer you on it... but at least you won't be alone! From my understanding, Insanity is tough... very tough... but do NOT let that be a reason not never hit the play button. If you get so wore out while you're doing it... just keep moving so that you can keep your heartrate up. You don't have to be able to follow them step by step through it, just as long as you make a step0

I don't have any advice, either, but I just ordered Insanity this morning so I'll be starting soon, too! Can't offer advice but if you want someone for support/motivation, I as well always fall off the wagon with these things so feel free to add me if you want and we can keep each othe motivated!

If you want to succeed with any of their programs, the key is to follow beachbody's nutrition guide, which means use their online caloric needs calculator to determine the amount of calories you need and then use MFP to track calories and for support. This is generally where I see the majority of people fail. I can't tell you how many women or men I see come on this board and say they are eating 1200-1500 calories and no losing calories, when in reality, they needs 1800-2400+ calories.
