My BMR is 1483
My TDEE is 2299
MFP has my calories at 1540
So should I be eating the TDEE, 20% below the TDEE or what MFP has set? I am losing weight just fine with what MFP has set but all these numbers flying around are giving me a headache...lol Did not know losing weight could be sooo difficult.
Any suggestions?

If you are losing and not feeling deprived you can keep calories where MFP sets them. When you stop losing I would bump it up to the TDEE -20% number.0

TDEE is your maintenance amount at your current weight, so you need to knock something off of that to lose weight. I am eating around 1550, which is higher than my BMR and lower than my TDEE, and all is well so far.0
