Losing Weight

Hi everyone...I am needing some advice on how to lose my middle section and upper legs. I am 135 pounds and need to become more toned. Any suggestions? I don't eat bad food and I am exercising regularly.

    Lose fat, it'll come off eventually. Squats, run, crunches (you can even do them standing up) planks, resistance training. Will help tone, but as for fat....it's going to decide where to come off on it's own, you can't tell it where to come from.

    I will tell you from personal experience, that the midsection is the last to go for most. I will also tell you that there is no magic machine, sequence of exercise that will "target" the midsection. My advice is keep eating right with a healthy calorie deficit, and a mix of cardiovascular and strength training exercises. I alternate strength training and cardio Monday through Friday, and I do a full body workout on Saturday and on Sunday I rest. This has seemed to do the trick and I still have work to do on my midsection, but I have seen results over the past few months. Good luck and I promise if you stick to it, you will see results to.
  • Thanks for the information. I am new to the whole toning of my body since this is the biggest I have been my whole life. I would like to get back down to 120-125. I keep seeing having muscle is not a good fat burner process as well. So many ads on the internet I am not sure where to turn too...
