I wont be coming back to check the comments due to the negative nature of most people on this site.
Can't we all just support each other? Visalus shakes are much better than eating mcdonalds every day, and it works for me (and many others) and that's all that counts!

    Visalus did not work for me because it is a diet, not a life style change. Sorry.

    Wow! You wrote the whole community off in one post. I hate to see that. There is a group that supports suppliments you may want to look into, but since you aren't coming back to this post because everyone is so mean, I guess my own post is moot.
