Need Motivation

I've been struggling to lose weight for a while now. It seemed whenever I made progress something came to stop it. Injury, Pregnancy. Moving , etc. Well now I'm in the right time to actually progress with my training but I've hit a wall. My clothes are getting to big for me, but the scale is moving in the opposite way than I want! :( I'm mainly targeting my core because that's where all my flabby mcfat is but no luck. :(
