after a weekend of bad habits

which include drinking lots of beer (i make it light beer now though!) and some fast food... i always lay in bed sunday night reading MFP posts. for some reason, my motivation is highest sunday nights. i'm just so stoked and excited to get my week started and improve on things i did from the week before.

I find myself feeling the same after I have been off track for a little bit (even just a couple days). I realize that I will feel great when I get started again and then those days will just be a blip on the radar and I will be back on track for progress. It is all about being able to enjoy life while losing weight and if you deprive yourself all weekend chances are you won't be happy. Plus, choosing light beer means you already are improving and making better choices! :]
