which include drinking lots of beer (i make it light beer now though!) and some fast food... i always lay in bed sunday night reading MFP posts. for some reason, my motivation is highest sunday nights. i'm just so stoked and excited to get my week started and improve on things i did from the week before.
i love these bursts of motivation. it's so uplifting knowing i'm actually enjoying the process more than i thought i would

anyone else get little bursts of motivation?
