Educate yourself on where your TDEE is and where your calorie goal needs to be. here's a link to help you on that:

Focus more on weight training than on cardio (if you do cardio at all). Strength training programs that you should look into are:
Starting Strength (great for learning technique)
New Rules of Lifting
Stronglifts
If you don't have access to a gym, look into Convict Training or You Are Your Own Gym.0
