How many calories do you eat a day? How much weight have you lost so far eating that many calories?

    I get to eat 2064 a day at the moment, but I will perhaps eat about half. By the end of the day though I'll have about 2000+ left. I workout hard.

    I eat about 12,600 calories a week, which, evenly split up, is 1800 calories a day. However I eat 1500 mon-thurs, so I can eat between 1800 and 2500 a day fri-sun. I've lost nearly 30 pounds so far.

    Currently @ 1250 and my ticker shows the loss. I started at about 1400 but dropped it early last month to where it is now.

    I honestly am not sure how much weight each time I upped my calories. I upped my calories to 1700+ exercise calories a month ago (about) and have lost about 3lbs since then if that helps any.

    I'm not sure why my calorie goal, or anyone else's would really apply to you though..?

    I try to eat 1200-1300 calories daily... I've lost 130lbs since Oct 2011... That being said it's quality of calories.... I can eat complete crap or I can eat really healthy... I get more food eating healthy.... So I eat clean....

    1800 calories of day which i have lost for the majority of my journey (I have lost 188 pounds)

    I think I need to up mine too. I only eat about 1100 a day but I exercise about 300 of it, leaving me with 800. I guess I should try to get up to 1500 for net 1200.
  • I am just curious! what I have been doing hasn't been working, so I wanted to see what has worked for others.
