So, here is my plan (maybe). I have been at 1200 calories for four months. I am listed as sedentary and have just recently started exercising. ( I plan to eat back my calories) I have lost 50 pounds with about 60 to go. I was thinking of slowly upping my calories, going to 1300 when I have lost 70 pounds, then 1400 when I have lost 90. In my very unscientific approach I kind of figure, I will be less likely to stall out or regain weight as I approach my goal weight and what I will need to maintain. Thoughts?

you can susatin a 2lb deficit with 50-100lbs to lose, so when you have less than 50 to go i would change MFP to lose 1lb per week, and then when you get to your last 15-20lbs change it again to lose 0.5lbs per week.
and yes, make sure you eat all your exercise calories back and get a decent amount of protein each day (100g +)
(edited as i just saw your ticker!)0
