Insanity

I am currently working out using Insanity. I had finished Week 3 on April 20 and by that time my ankle was hurting so bad. So instead of adding any futher injuries I stopped for a week. I am ready to start back today and my ankle is feeling so much better. I have had such good results so far losing 13 pounds since April 1. Should I start back where I stopped or should I back up a week?
