Chicken or Turkey?

Which one of these would you say is the best? (and I know they are both good sources of protein)

    best at what? they are both lean, both good sources of protein, both tasty... I think really it would come down to personal preference, or would depend on what you were doing with it?

    when it comes to actual meat i prefer chicken breasts, very lean. when it comes to ground, i go for 99% lean turkey meat.

    This is where I lean (mwhahahaha), except my turkey tends to "only" be 93% lean. Enjoy both. It's what I do.
