Excersize on a tight schedule..

I don't have time to spend hours a day training
I don't have transport or money to be able to get to the gym

I work a lot, at odd hours. Have university to attend. And an 18 year old girls social life to maintain.

I know it's a bad excuse but I never feel like I have the time to excersize. So could someone for the love of god please help me? If I had a timed and planned work out that was under 60 minutes, I'm sure I'd be able to fit it in. As it is I just look at my weights and think "I don't have time/ what could I do?"

When I started back working out, I did 10 mins of HASfit or BeFit in 90. Right now I'm doing two 10 min workouts. Just find something that you like and work your way up.

I am a mother of two who works fulltime outside the home. I get my butt out of bed at 4:30 every weekday morning. My workouts are usually started by 5:00 and done by 6:00. An hour is plenty of time. You just have to make time. If you absolutely cannot carve out 30-40 minutes, break it up into 10 minute sessions. Lots of different videos on YouTube. Check out befit and Blogilates. Fitnessblender and Sweatty Betties are others I've heard about (but not personally tried). Work out on the weekends if you can't fit it in around classes. You can be busy every minute of every Saturday and Sunday. I mean no self-respecting college student goes out before 10pm anyway, right? ;)

You can do a good workout in 20-30 minutes. Check out youtube for various HIIT workouts and boom, you're good

Check out bodyrock.tv online. Her workouts are killer and are ALWAYS under 20 minutes. Most of them are in the 8-12 minute range. Anyone can make time for that.

Insanity is less than an hour a day and you can do that in your apartment, just clear out some space and you are good to go.

An 18-year-old's social schedule is nothing compared to a 38-year-old mom's schedule. It's all about priorities. You can find the time for 20-60 mins. of exercise 3-5 times a week. Start small and grow if you need to. Look at YouTube, find 20-30 min. workout videos, go for a walk or run, or listen to the other ideas here.

Trust me, teach yourself good habits now and you'll be thankful 5-10-15-20 years down the road as your schedule gets tighter and tighter.
