FINALLY SEEING RESULTS!!!

Options
After the total meltdown a couple of weeks ago with the "scale shock" of gaining 4 pounds in 6 weeks on a bulk, I decided to re-evaluate my diet, and I determined that I'm not MENTALLY ready for a bulk. Besides, most people bulk during the winter so they can cover up the weight gain. I may try to revisit it later.

I have since cut my calories back to maintenance (sometimes about 200 under) but continue to toss up as much iron as I can (creatine has been a huge help in this area). I also switched from my former 8 week- mostly compound exercise weight routine to more of a "mixed routine". I still do the major compound exercises (especially for my troubled lower region), but have started to incorporate more isolated exercises.

The result... a much sleeker physique and I'm getting "harder". The hips are still stubborn, but that is always the last place to go. I will probably increase my cardio closer to June (getting ready for a beach trip with the BF).

What a roller coaster!!! Thanks to everyone for their support!
