Someone please explain

How should I start this off....

Well about a 2 weeks ago I would was working out everyday and sorta eating health (no fast food), but then around the weekend I stopped working out and eat whatever I wanted (fast food). I was afraid I gained back some weight I lost. Surprisingly I didn't. I lost 2 pounds!!!!

Now today....

I have not worked out since Wednesday. That was also my first day trying zumba. Also since then I have eat a bunch of freaking fast food. Again I was really afraid to weigh in this time. I managed to not gain any weight and lose a pound.

Know that you have read my little post...

Please some please!!!! Why am I???? How am I?? Losing weight during this time and I'm not working out or eating health??
