Advice for a "Sensitive" issue at the gym, ladies

Up to now, I have been wearing baggy T-shirts and shorts to workout at the gym, but I've recently bought some cuter clothes that are more form fitting because I'm feeling good about my progress and want to show it off . But, my nipples seem to be the main things that are showing! Other ladies at the gym wear this type of clothing, but they don't seem to have this problem. As soon as I start working out, my girls start saying "hi" to everyone. It gets a little embarrassing. Am I the only one with this issue? If not, how do other women deal with it? Should I just not worry about it, and proudly say "hello", while I do bicep curls or jog on the treadmill? What do you all think?

Part of me wants to tell you don't worry about it. It's a body part, the gym is already an inherently "TMI" zone, and people truly focused on their own fitness will not care.
But I know that some people, male or female, already feel self-conscious in the gym, and you don't want to unnecessarily add to that feeling. So! try to find liners for your sports bra - use the liners they put inside bikini tops, or thin-fabric shoulder pads, or even double up on the sports bras.
Good luck!0 -
Thank you. I will look for some0
