Kettlebell! Tips?

So today I am planning on starting a kettlebell routine at the gym. I found a really great beginners workout that doubles as cardio and I intend to do it after my walk/jog.
I was wondering if anyone could share any tips with me on anything, weight to use, form, helpful hints, anything really! I Googled it but I would rather get fresh tips from people that have had success with kettlebells.
I know I should stretch beforehand, are there any good stretches you have? Should I be doing dynamic stretching beforehand, or static? (I would assume dynamic, but you never know!) Thanks in advance!

I suggest having at least one session with an RKC, StrongFirst, IKFF, or Agatsu certified kettlebell instructor so that you can nail down the basics with your form and keep yourself injury free.0

Would you say it's totally necessary? I'm broke as all get out right now, haha. The trainers at my gym are all required to know how to properly use them (guess they didn't want to put them in without people that could show you how to do it?) and it doesn't cost anything to ask them to show you proper form for things, perhaps I could ask one of them?0 -
