Nike NTC App

Hey everyone!

I just downloaded the Nike NTC App...it looks pretty cool. Does anyone use it? If you do, how do you like it? Thanks!

    Yes, I use it about twice a week and to supplement my runs. I am absolutely in love with it! The workouts are great, the app works well, and it's fun to track progress with it!

    If you play around with it a little, you'll probably love it too! The little video button at the top corner of your screen allows you to pause and watch the move if you're not sure how to do it.

    Plus, I've found that most of the work outs contain moves that are simple and doable, not complicated and confusing.

    I'm adding some of the workouts to the exercise search on here as I use them. I have to put them under cardiovascular to count the calories, but they'll be there! :)

    I LOVE this app!!! Its a great switch up and also love the bonus stuff it gives you the more hours you log. I just wear my HRM when I do it since there is a bit of fluctuation. Watching those how to vids is also awesome because I had no idea what some of those things were.

  • I've just downloaded it. It has a great user interface, shame a lot of the workouts require a medicine ball which I don't have but I'm sure I'll find my way around it. Really looking forward to starting it as a supplement to doing C25K, hoping it will give me the bit extra I need to get off this plateau (I've just upped my calories so still waiting for my body to respond)
