Tips for a Plateau

Options
I have hit a plateau since about January and am struggling to get through it. I think I know what I need to do, but I just need to do it. So, I guess it is a motivation issue, too. Anyway, I have a friend who is trying to talk me into Isagenix. He has had great success with the product. My issue with trying it is really two fold (1) it is expensive $300/month and (2) I don't love the idea of supplementing meals with powdery shakes because what happens when you are done the shakes? Anyone have any tips on how to get through a plateau? Opinions on Isagenix?

    90% of plateaus come from:

    1) people not working out as hard. Either they get lazy, or their bodies adapt and they don't increase weight/speed/intensity to keep up.

    2) people get sloppy with their logging. They don't log as honestly or as accurately as they did when they started.
