Like the format of food/exercise diary. Need to lose 20-25 pounds. Did so about 2 years ago and now it is past time to get the rest off. What I have been doing is eating and drinking almost whatever I want and using exercise to maintain my weight. Time to get serious. I am in great cardiovascular shape and in good shape strength wise, however I dont like my muscle overlayed with fat. Get my drift.r
