Hi!

Hi, I am a nearly 37 year old mom of three that is tired of carrying all the extra "mommy" weight. I can't call it baby weight since my youngest is 5, but it is mommy weight.

I am going to the beach this summer and I would like to not look like a beached whale in a suit when I go. I have 2 months, my goal is 10% of my body weight, which is about 20 pounds. I will be happy getting below 190 though which is 10 pounds. My end goal weight isn't a number, but where *I* feel comfortable in clothes again.
