My husband learned in his nutrition unit at police academy that you start losing fitness after 96 hours. I hadn't heard that before, but it sounds reasonable. And it means as long as you workout out at least every 4 days you can still make progress. Does anyone else know more about this? How long after a good workout does the progress go away? (By progress I mean building strength and endurance, not weight loss.)
