So I just got my new body media link armband. I am sooo excited to start using it!! I've set up all the apps and connections, but noticed that its saying I have burned over 1,000 calories so far for the day. How is that possible when I just opened the box today and havent worn it?? Is this normal??

It is probably giving you a count for being completely sedentary. Your body burns calories daily, whether or not you work out and even while you sleep. For example, I have a fitbit and for today I have:
Burned: 1197
Sedentary: 92.6% of the time
Lightly Active: 3.9% of the time
Fairly Active: 3.3% of the time
Very Active: 0.2% of the time0 -
You said you've set up all the apps and connections. Please help! Did you download an Bodymedia app on your smartphone? I can't find anything for it.0
