So I was looking thru an old purse yesterday and I saw that I had my trusty little bag that I used to carry around everywhere. Ever since I got my gallbladder removed my stomach has had issues and I've had to have pills for everything. Not prescription but just helpful ones.
I would have:
gas pills - for stomach cramps
acid reflux pills
Pepto incase my stomach hurt
Probiotics - (I would have to take every day just to help my stomach)
Benadryl - to help me sleep every once in a while
IB profin - to help with daily headaches
Asprin

I would have to take at least 3 of these every day.

I started eating healthy and exercising on Jan 22 and have not had any pills since and I feel great. I actually totally forgot about them until the other day. So great!

Nice! As great as it is to be thinner, it's better to be healthy!

That is a fantastic achievement, Steph!
Those pills were probably doing no good and a lot of harm (truth be told).
As Mary Anne said, "As great as it is to be thinner, it's better to be healthy! " - I couldn't agree more, and I believe its something that everyone using MFP should be focused on.
    kind regards,

    Ben
