Hi, I'm Lucy. I did have a mfp account under the name of lucywantstoloseit but created a new one as I wanted a fresh start (I wasn't on here very often). I'm 20 and I have around 3-4 stone to lose. I am looking to start the 5:2 diet and have just ordered the book so I can get properly read up on it! I'm currently friendless on here so please add me and keep me company!

Sending friend request. I'm an intermittent faster as well I use the 16/8 ratio (16 hr a day fasting window) I've done the 5:2 ratio but its difficult for me sometimes
