Is my diary okay?

Hey guys,

The majority of my food intake everyday is usually fruits and vegetables (some chicken, yogurt, sometimes eggs or cereal) but always seem to manage to go over in protein and sometimes sugar and sodium. Is this really a big problem? Can someone look at my food diary to see if I am on the right track? Am I eating too little? I eat healthy for the most part but tend to enjoy myself on Fridays and Saturdays.

Thanks!

If you want to eat less protein replace the greek yogurt with regular yogurt

don't worry about going over protein, you have to eat a LOT of extra protein before it's a problem. (also yours seems set pretty low, not sure if that's on purpose or bc it's MFPs default.) as for sugar, as long as most of your sugar is coming from natural sources (fruits, for example), it's not a problem unless you have reason to watch your sugar. don't even worry about tracking it, track your carbs. sugars count towards carbs too, and as long as you are ok in that area, you're fine.
