new to MFP and wanted to see if my daily food is ok

i have been tracking everything i eat for about a week now, i eat often small meals. i lost 5 pounds initially but then started to use my new Stairmaster SM3 i just bought and haven't lost anymore weight, i assume this is because i'm building muscle but i'm a little concerned.

    You seem to be doing better and better everyday. Good protein, a little low on the calories but still good.

    You aren't likely to be building new muscle in a calorie deficit, but you probably are retaining water from the new exercise. Our bodies flood sore muscles with water to help them heal when we start a new exercise routine. This may mask any fat loss for a little while. Keep hydrated and keep going. The scale will drop on its own time.
