How are your abs made?

I've shared this before but getting some ab definition is not solely done with doing ab workouts! You have to change your diet. And by that I mean clean it up. I honestly was convinced that if I did enough crunches my abs would "appear". Well 2 summers ago I would do 100 abs 2x a day and guess where that got me? NO WHERE!!! I even had people ask me when I was due! (Um, she was 6 months old) YIKES!! Once I decided to get off the bad food train and clean up my diet (even with baby steps)... they started making an appearance!! 2 years later after a better/cleaner approach to eating, some strength training and leaning out my BMI, I'm pretty pleased.
You can accomplish your goals too!! Here's to doing what you didn't think possible and making changes TODAY! (oh and getting those abs you've always wanted.)

I was thinking about abs a lot today so I decided to make a video on some hopefully helpful tips to get you some great abs.
