Stupid Pickle

I picked up some refrigerated pickles today. whole pickles. Claussen. I knew they didn't have many calories. Dill, not sweet, but what I didn't know was that although each "serving' has 5 calories - 1 pickle is 3 (count 'em) three - servings. How dumb is that. Who calculates these things. Ever y heard of someone eating 1/3 of a pickle? Do you put the remaining 2/3rds back in the jar? DUH!!!

The best are those tiny individual snack bags with 5 chips in them that are actually 2 servings.

I picked up a pack of chips the other day where there were 1.37 serves in a pack. WTF?

Off your point but...Claussen are the best! I have given them up due to sodium issues but OMG they are the best

On the odd day that I am low on sodium at the end of the day they are my treat!

I also like how almost every can of soup is two servings. Did you ever eat half a can of soup!!

I cleaned out my refrigerator this weekend and I had four, not one, four jars of pickles in there!

That's right up there with a serving of bread being ONE slice.

If they used a realistic serving size, the sodium would blow people's minds.
