I have been losing weight (fifty lbs) on a 1200 calorie diet for four months. Now as I read these posts I am getting worried about gaining once I hit maintenance. I was thinking in my purely unscientific way, I wold start upping my calories by about fifty, every ten pounds I lose. I have around 70 lbs to go. I am currently lightly active. And yes I have read the road map, but all the numbers mess me up lol. Thoughts?
