Need some help with nutrition. I'm 5'4 pounds extremely small body frame and 34% body fat . I'm trying to lose some fat and gain some muscle. i usually eat about 1600 cal a day and burned about 600to 700 cal threw exercise. I've been doing this consistently now for seven weeks and have not lost any size or weight. what am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you hit a plateau. I'm 5'4" too I was at consistently at 1500 to 1600 cals too but once I hit my plateau I lowered my calories and changed up my exercises and it worked great for me. Good luck!0

What kind of exercise have you been doing? If it 's only cardio, I would say try adding in some weights to your routine and building some lean muscle.0
