Day 3 completed yesterday (started late...), and ready for Day 4 - not as sore this morning and legs are starting to feel like they belong to the rest of my body again - getting through the routine now without stopping so getting there!!
DVD in the laptop and clothes sat out for me to do when I get home tonight - feeling very positive!!! Good luck all xx0 -
L3 day 2 done as of yesterday.0

I did day 6 yesterday. Had to take 1 day off after 5 days. I had injured my hip/lower back about 1 1/2 years ago, could barely walk.
So I am doing lower inpact on some of the cardio, like the butt kickers. This is a real butt kicker of a work out!!0 -
L3 day 9 done. One more day to go0
