Fish oil 6-9 1200mg pills - 2-3g of DHP / EHA good for that heart health and joint lubrication
Multi Vitamin 1 a day - So I get all my vitamins and minerals
Whey protein - As much as I need to hit my protein macros.
If you track your food and eat the right amount correctly combined with exercise and plenty of water you'll do fine. Also make sure you get enough sleep.0 -
