Does anyone take supplements daily?
If so, whatcha taking, how much and why?
Does anything enhance this weight loss journey besides tracking food, exercise and daily water intake?

    Fish oil 6-9 1200mg pills - 2-3g of DHP / EHA good for that heart health and joint lubrication
    Multi Vitamin 1 a day - So I get all my vitamins and minerals
    Whey protein - As much as I need to hit my protein macros.

    If you track your food and eat the right amount correctly combined with exercise and plenty of water you'll do fine. Also make sure you get enough sleep.

    Fish Oil and some Rasberry Ketones. No need for anything else. Diet is what matters most.
