Totally new!

Hello everyone super new to this so don't really know what I'm doing :(
Couple of years ago I started at my highest weight at 246 lbs. and now I've gotten down to 142 lbs.
I'm 5'11. I barely workout anymore and my diet is kinda a mess, been sitting at this weight for a couple months now and wanted to know any advise or change in diet I can do or any at home workouts and what supplements people are taking to aid in their weightloss or overall health. I know how it feels to be the BIGGEST person in the room and being the one people didn't want to take to parties because I was "too fat" so if I can help with anyone's weightloss or just be a form of support I would love to be :) please add me!

    Hey! I'm 5'6 and 177, I'm trying to get down to 140 :) unfortunately I seem to have been given a particularly skinny group of friends so even though I'm not obese I'm always the biggest by far! Friend request sent :)
