Running with 3 kids

So, I recently had our third child and now I have no idea how I'm going to start running again. I used to go in the mornings with my older two in my jogging stroller, but now that baby #3 is here, I have no idea how to get out during the day for my runs. My oldest is 4 1/2 and while he is a great walker, he can't really walk for more than a mile before complaining about his legs hurting, etc... Right now I have been going for walks while wearing the baby, but it's SO hot here already that I worry about him getting too hot being next to my body.

I would try to go in the evenings when my husband gets home from work, but by that time of day, I'm so worn out the last thing I want to do is go for a run. Also, early morning runs are out since my husband is required to work out for his job and has scheduled PT first thing in the morning. I'm also still getting up to nurse in the middle of the night so I don't wake up until the baby needs to eat in the morning...

So, should I just suck it up and go for evening runs or just find another form of exercising that is kid friendly?

Do you know any other moms with similar goals. Because you are so right about an infant being to young to take on a run. It's not even safe at that age in a jogging stroller. But, perhaps someone in a similar situation could watch your children while you run and then you could watch his/her children. Sure it will take a lot longer since you will be doing child care duty to get your run in, but on the other hand it could be a lot like a every morning play date for your children.
