I ran 50.91 miles in the last two weeks. I started on 04/10 and last run of the month was 04/30. That is the most AMAZING thing I have ever done throughout this journey! I have been on MFP for almolst 10 months. I began HIIT training in December and two weeks ago when the weather was spring like I had the urge to run. I gave it a go and ran like 3 miles non stop. No walking.
Amazed, I decided I would try again the next day, and so on. I don't know why losing weight this time around is different.
I can say that this time around I get that the most important part of losing weight isn't the smaller clothes I get to wear. It's the health benefit and the sense of accomplishment that I set a goal and I met each of them for me and no one else.
I'm still not done have 20-25lbs to lose, but I know that my journey isn't ever over and I look forward to the blood sweat and tears that may come with it. Believe in yourself and with God All things are Possible! I look forward to running 2x this by the end of the month. Baby steps!
