    Great video - I loved the "pee-dometer"

    What was your "ah-ha" moment?

Mine was coming for a while, but I guess it would have to be when I read "You on a Diet"

I think every one knows my "ah-ha" moment But for those of you who do not it was like the lady in the video when I held my newborn nephew and realized I wanted to be here when he was an adult.

I watched the video early tis morning it was very inspirational.

My a-ha moment was when I bought a shirt on Monday from MNG and two weeks later it was too small!

I knew my weight was creeping up and I went for a year with out getting on the scale. Went to my annual doctors appt and got on the scale, knowing it might not be too pleasant and it said 188, which was up 33 pounds from the previous year (and that number was not too great to begin with b/c I am only 5 foot 3). So the next day I started making changes. that was a year ago and now I just went for my annual doctor's visit and the scale said 143. I love to eat so I have learned to love to exercise. Exercising keeps me from starving! Thank you God for exercise!!!:drinker:

My first ah-ha moment, when I lost the first 60 lbs was when I saw myself naked in a full length mirror and I dropped to the floor and start to ball, I never believed in a million years that that was what I looked like.

My 2nd ah-ha moment was when after so long I finally fit in size 9 pants and bought an entire new wardrobe and then 6 months later I could not fit in any of it. Good thing I realized it when I only had 30 lbs to loss to 60.
