Experimenting with the APP

Hi all im Paul, i downloaded the app on iphone and it rocks. Policing yourself by regulating calories ithought...Bahh humbug,... but when i tried it, i ate my words. 10kg in 3 months and its still coming off, i still enjoy a beer on the weekends but i now know what beer to drink and when and how much..lol...
Ive found that trying to eat below your calorie limit can be detrimental to your weight loss plan but eating within 50 under or 50 over per day gives me faster results, so i'll keep on keeping on... Feel free to add me and we can nut this out together...cheers for reading :)
