Pushing through despite setbacks

I am new to this website and really wanted the support of fellow, need to feel better and look better, people especially women. I am tired of feeling tired and worn out. I have some health issues that I am realizing are best to deal with while I continue my weight lose regimen. I hope to deal with the physical, daily issues of pain and not feel so worn down. Travel these last few days was difficult but now that I am home and back to my normal routine I'm excited.

Going to take it easy but still exercise as my body allows and tracking food will be my number one weight loss tool.
