HI all
I just made a smoothie with bananas, yogurt, peaches and oj. The cal calculator showed NO Vitamin C? What??? :grumble:
I know it is just suggest the total cal, fat, protein, etc, but apparently it is not accurate at all! :noway:
Should I be concerned, or just chalk it up to nothing?
thanks!

Some people don't fill in all the fields (especially vitamins) when submitting data on here. Check other websites to get the right amount per each fruit. Orange juice obviously has a lot of Vitamin C!0
