Hot Yoga..... addicting?

Who else is addicted to hot yoga? Been taking yoga for several years off and on, but joined an actual yoga house about 3 months ago in Stafford VA and hot yoga is addicting.

    LOVE hot yoga!!! I try to go once a week to just sweat everything out. It is such a sanity saver for me :)

    I'm an addict! Puts me right again!!! I go at least once a week and try for more if the schedule/budget allows!!
