Hi! New here and looking for friends to add and support for those of us interested in reducing our body fat percentage. I know it may sound odd. Im alright with my weight but I really want to get my fat percentage in the mid to high teens. I'm on a new Rapid Fat Loss Plan by Lyle McDonald now to get a jumpstart. Please friend request me if we can help and motivate each other!

Hey! What does the rapid fat loss plan consist of?0

... Rapid Fat Loss...
I'd be very sceptical of anything selling itself as a rapid fat loss plan. Lowering body fat percentage is not a fast process, usually requiring dedication to a moderate calorie deficit and a good strength training regime.0 -
Reading more about the plan I would steer well clear of itOn average, caloric intakes on this diet will come out to between 400 to 1200 calories per day coming almost exclusively from protein
Any diet that advocates eating less than 1200 cals per day is not promoting a healthy, sustainable fat loss plan.0 -
That's pretty much my goal. Trying to get to around 16-17% BF I was at 21.5% about 2 months ago, but I haven't checked since0

friend away -- I'm doing BF% as well -- I went up 3 pounds over last three weeks but down in BF and inches -- haha winning!
I also wouldn't lower your calories too low -- I actually increased mine I'm eating pretty high cals right now0
