How do you add extra calories for breastfeeding on here??????

Probably the best to do is to manually set your goals and use the calorie intake your pediatrician or LC has said is safe for weight loss and nursing.0

If you type breastfeeding in under "Food" it will give you a whole list of different calorie amounts. It will deduct that amount of calories from your intake. I used that tool until I consulted my doctor and she told me how many calories I should eat in a day INCLUDING an approximate amount for breastfeeding.0
