Hi I got JMBR couple weeks ago and I said I'll exercise some days and do taebo too for "other cardio"
but I may start tomorrow.

does anyone have it and want to start with me and keep updating at least once week or twice a week is better. =)

if anyone have done it before, do you have any advice, suggestions, dos and donts? lol

    I am currently doing it (on week 8 this week) and I really like it! I've definitely toned up and have increased my endurance. I'm also a runner so sometimes adjust the workouts depending on my run schedule. I have a marathon on Sunday so am not likely to start week 9 on Monday morning. :) I love that the workouts are only 30 minutes.

    I am finishing up with week 4 this week. I'm 55 pounds over weight and not super physical. Take it day by day, if you feel like doing an extra work out go for it. Don't feel like a slacker if there are days you don't want to do more than the BR dvd. I went on a 7 mile scooter trip with my kids one day. Most other days I don't do anything. I'm def seeing a difference in conditioning and i'm starting to get some tone even with all the extra fat i have. I think it will build a nice foundation for when the fat finally disappears. You can add me if you want to check in with each other.

    I started it 2 weeks ago and am LOVING it!! These first 2 weeks have flown by and I am excited to see what I'll be doing in the next 2 weeks. I haven't gotten bored with it at all b/c I am doing something different each day (well for a few days anyway then it repeats) I do miss my treadmill time though so I am going to have to add that back in along with JMBR.

    I'm on Week 6 and I absolutely love it. It goes by so fast but it is an awesome workout. She starts out slowly so that you can keep up - I still thought the first 2 weeks were hard but you definitely get stronger really fast. After the first month, my endurance improved and now I'm doing JMBR + Turbofire workouts.
    Don't get discouraged if you don't lose pounds- I only lost 3 in a month but I noticed a huge difference in how my body looked.
    Take measurements before you start.

    I am on my last 4 days of week 4 this week. I found the time just flies by--both in the workout and this past month. I've lost almost 3 lbs and 1.5 inches off my hips. I am feeling more fit and my abs are really starting to gain strength.

    I am planning on doing the taebo workout I have instead of JMBR cardio.

    and i do like taebo and rather have that instead of JMBR but i got it to try it out. =) and saw how easy workout one is. =)
    im just excited.
