Do you add you quantity of quinoa precooked of after its cooked??
example - a cup of quinoa raw will yield "X" amount cooked (certainly more than a cup)
When i enter it into MFP do i measure the cooked amount? or the uncooked amount?
Point being, I don't think i could eat a measured cup of quinoa (raw) after its been cooked!
I'm so confused... i think i explained myself properly...
Thanks for all your input folks!!

I put the cooked amount. If you search it when entering, it will usually specify cooked or uncooked.0

I use dry serving size which as I recall is 1/4 cup (actually I use the grams on the back of my package)...it's about 1/2 cup cooked. 6 of 1 in my book, but dry weight is going to be the most accurate if you are into minutia.0

true enough wolfman.... i am really picky that way which is why im asking...
My wife does all the cooking (bless her) so I really on see the end result.. from your answer your suggesting that it doubles in size.. so i suppose i could easily divide back down...
that works i suppose!!
