NSV -- just try one!

Ok -- I'm doing Jillian Michael's body revolution. I am struggling because she did not make this video for a person who has fat that gets in your way. And I am struggling because the scale is going no where.

Any who, she does yell at you "JUST TRY ONE!" I feel like I'm being peer pressured like a teenager to try drugs or something. So, I started phase two this week. And yesterday morning I got up and started DVD #5 and stopped. I ended up just laying on the floor thinking there is no way I can do this, but you know what I paid for these videos, by goodness I'm going to do it if it kills me. So, last night I DID dvd #5 and then watched dvd #6. This morning I got up and did DVD #6. Here is my NSV.

I DID SIT UPS!!! I mean I really did SIT UPS! I could not do them when I was in junior high and was the fat kid in gym. I did all the sit ups, too. I did not stop and this was the first time I did this video.

Now I just got to lose enough front butt fat to do those crazy plank to crescent move she has. But you know what I will get there!!!

    You will totally get there.
    Just listen to your body and modify the moves when you really can't do them.
    Otherwise, just keep trying!

    thats great good for you. Now that you know you can do the sit ups its time to challenge yourself, was there something in the other videos you couldn't do before but not your ready to at least try one? you can do it

    YOU GO!!!! I have 4 days left of JMBR and the changes in your strength and ability and stamina are nothing short of AMAZING!!! It is a great program and each time you do a workout, it gets a little easier and you can do more and do bettter!!!

    I have lost 25 lbs (more but I haven't weighed in almost 2 weeks - personal challenge) and over 13 inches. I only had a total of about 30-35 to lose, so this is significant! Keep pushing and the results will be fantastic!!!
