Hello from the UK

Hello!

I'm new to this so thought I'd introduce myself.

Within the last few months (due to coming off medication) I have put on a stone and a half. I know it may not sound like I've got a lot to lose but I've unfortunately got into the habit of binge eating and it's making me miserable. My clothes are getting tighter and I know my body isn't in the shape it used to be.

I have joined the gym and aim to go 5 times a week, preferably in the mornings before work. I'm an early bird so I find I have a lot of energy in the mornings.

I'm hoping this forum will keep me motivated to lose those extra pounds I've gained! Be good to make some online buddies in the mean time for support and encouragement as well.
