Well guys, I let a friend talk me out of counting calories and go strictly VERY LOW CARB! >HATED IT<

I remember when the first Atkins Wave came through and I did it. Lost a LOT of WEIGHT until my cravings for Macaroni and Spaghetti returned...then everything fell apart. Well, I did begin to see results with the Low Card this time around, but I was depriving myself of so many things that I knew it was basically another "diet" that I would fall off of - which I did. SO I am back AGAIN and hoping to stay on track this time. Wish me Luck! :)
